Eileen Mullarkey is an Associate Commissioner for the New York City Department for the Aging (NYC Aging), where she helps lead programs and partnerships that support older New Yorkers in living safely, affordably, and in good health.
Eileen has built a career across government, nonprofit, and healthcare settings, bringing experience in direct service, program development, public engagement, and partnership building. A licensed clinical social worker, she holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Master of Urban Policy Analysis and Management from the Robert J. Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy at New School University.
