Dr. Raudales is the Chief Program Officer at Comunilife, where she oversees 2,800 units of transitional and permanent supportive housing, Medical Respite, and the Life is Precious programs. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she collaborated with senior leadership to establish 84 beds for medically stable COVID-positive patients requiring continued isolation and care. With more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit and supportive housing, she has led innovative, culturally responsive programs serving vulnerable populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and substance use disorders. Dr. Raudales holds advanced degrees in Psychology and Biomedical Science from the University of New Mexico and has served as an adjunct professor and board member throughout NYC and NJ.
