Mardoche Sidor, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer at Urban Pathways and Founder of the SWEET Institute. A quadruple board-certified psychiatrist in General Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatry, and Addiction Psychiatry, Dr. Sidor is Harvard- and Columbia-trained, with additional training in Public and Community Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry. He previously served as Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University. His work focuses on supportive housing, systems transformation, trauma-informed care, and engagement-centered approaches for populations with high-acuity needs. Dr. Sidor is passionate about integrating lived experience into systems of care to strengthen trust, dignity, collaboration, engagement, and long-term outcomes across behavioral health and supportive housing settings.
