David Walsh presently serves as the Senior Vice President of Housing Development for Breaking Ground where he is tasked with overseeing the development and financing of new affordable/supportive housing developments as well as the recapitalization of the existing Breaking Ground portfolio of properties. Prior to joining Breaking Ground, Mr. Walsh spent 14.5 years as the Head of the East Region for the Community Development Real Estate area within JP Morgan Chase.
