Justin Miller joined Breaking Ground in early 2021 and currently serves as Director of Program Development. In this role, he is primarily responsible for government grant and private contract proposal writing and budget development, ongoing philanthropic grants management support, assisting with new program planning and implementation, and overseeing the design and execution of program evaluation activities across the organization’s broad services portfolio.
