Liz Perry brings more than two decades of experience in behavioral health, housing, and recovery-focused programming to her role as Chief Program Officer at Hands Across Long Island. Her career spans both the nonprofit and private sectors, where she has developed and scaled programs serving families, youth, justice-involved individuals, and people experiencing homelessness. A credentialed Master Level CASAC and Work Incentive Practitioner (WIP-C), Liz is known for blending clinical insight with human-centered program design. Liz lives in Suffolk County with her family and their Spanish greyhound and finds joy in helping people rediscover their confidence and build meaningful, connected lives.
