Diane Louard-Michel is a permanent supportive housing (PSH) leader with thirty years' expertise. As Executive Director of Lantern Community Services, she oversees a leading PSH and shelter provider in NYC. Her career includes 20 years at the Corporation for Supportive Housing, spearheading lending, resourcing, and capacity-building for providers, government, and philanthropic funders nationally. Under Diane’s leadership, Lantern advanced Timbale Terrace — a new, mixed-use development creating 341 affordable homes, including PSH, and an arts and cultural center — through community engagement, land use, and City approvals to groundbreaking. Diane holds a Master's in Historic Preservation from Columbia and a Bachelor's in Architecture from Yale.
