Bill Jolly, LMSW, is a behavioral health and human services leader with more than 30 years of experience in mental health, residential services, crisis intervention, and program development. He has directed multi-county programs across New York and internationally, overseeing supportive housing, foster care, and community-based services while managing multimillion-dollar contracts and large interdisciplinary teams. Bill has collaborated extensively with government agencies, courts, and nonprofit organizations to develop innovative, recovery-oriented initiatives. In addition to his leadership roles, he has served as a crisis counselor, and clinical consultant, bringing a strong commitment to advocacy, community partnerships, and person-centered care.
