Dawn Saffayeh became President and CEO of Heartshare in 2023 after serving nearly a decade as Executive Director of Heartshare St. Vincent’s Family Services. Since joining St. Vincent’s in 2014, she has helped build a unified, mission-driven culture focused on improving outcomes for children, youth, and families across New York City. Under her leadership, the organization expanded services supporting more than 6,000 individuals annually through programs in child welfare, mental health, housing, chemical dependence, and community services. Prior to Heartshare St. Vincent’s, Dawn served in leadership roles at the NYC Administration for Children’s Services and the City Office of Management and Budget.
