Kevin Hoffman is the President of Richman Housing Resources LLC. He joined an affiliate of the company’s acquisition team in 2006, where he oversees the origination, underwriting, and closing of affordable housing tax credit investments. Kevin Hoffman has collaborated with both nonprofit and for-profit developers, structuring diverse property types including new construction, rehabilitation, supportive housing, mixed-use developments, and federal and state historic tax credit projects. He has participated in syndicating more than $950 million in tax credit equity across over 200 transactions throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
