Monica has worked with people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities for over 35 years, starting as a live-in counselor to her current role. In 2023 she started working with Behavioral Health Supportive housing and the Urban Farms programs, where she was able to draw on her training as an Agriculture Teacher. She believes that everyone deserves a home and access to healthy nutritional food. She believes everyone has the ability to make the world a better place and strives ensure that daily.
