He has over 25 years of experience in leadership and project management, including experience supporting technology and manufacturing operations while delivering on large-scale projects spanning multiple geographical regions. Kishan specializes in enhancing process efficiency using digitalization and virtual methods, improving quality using VSM and 6σ tools, and leading sustainability initiatives including REMAN. In his current role, he focuses on leading innovation activities and business development initiatives as well as digitalization and data driven development.
