Alicia Jipson is the Town Administrator for the Town of Belmont. She came aboard in 2018, as the Assistant Town Administrator bringing with her many years of experience working in both the private and public sectors. This experience, coupled with her training and education, allows her to successfully manage a wide range of responsibilities at Town Hall. In addition to her drive to best meet the needs of those she serves, Alicia is passionate about expanding the breadth of her knowledge, furthering her education, and mastering the skillsets that will best meet those needs. As a testament to that passion, Alicia has obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a minor in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University, is a Certified Public Supervisor, and has recently completed both the NH Government Accounting Certificate Program through the NHGFOA and the Emerging Leaders Program through Primex, where her Knowledge Transfer Plan was developed.
