Michael Gordon is Head of Sales for the New England Treasury Management Sales team. He manages a team of Treasury Management Sales Officers and Sales Associates providing sales coverage for 17 Regional Teams across New England. The team manages 2,900 Account Analysis relationships generating FY21 fee revenue of $23MM and deposit NII of $61MM. Since joining TD Bank in 2019, Michael has led the team in transforming the sales process, architecting a new roles & responsibility (RACI) framework and driving relationship revenue by fostering productive LOB partnerships. He has been an agent for change and is willing to seek aMichael began his career as the manager of treasury operations for a S&P 500 insurance company. He leveraged his operational experience to lead sales teams at KeyBank and Citizens Bank. Michael executed a treasury management CRE start-up achieving 27% CGAR revenue contribution over 10 years with KeyBank. For Citizens Bank he managed sales teams covering the CRE, Franchise Finance and Professional Service segments. Michael resides in Cape Elizabeth Maine with his family.
