Don has a varied and deep experience in corporate and private sectors of business (both for profit and nonprofit). He is an accomplished facilitator, trainer, mentor, and coach. He helps identify strengths in both individuals and organizations and provides positive feedback. He does not ignore negative behavior, he redirects it. He is the founder of WINN-CONSULTING and works with individuals to help them “find their voice” and become “better versions of themselves”. He helps organizations improve their overall health (research shows improved financial bottom line) by focusing on their most important assets, their stakeholders. Don recently facilitated two sessions of the Business Communicates class (required for the New Hampshire Government Accounting Certificate Program). He received positive feedback from participants in both classes. Don recently facilitated a “Communication and Confidence Building” program for the 21st century an extended day program for the Nashua School District. It is 14 hours of training over 7 weeks. It includes effective communication, building confidence, active listening, understanding human nature, and team building Don has an MBA from Northeastern and a MS in leadership from Grant State College. He has taken Dale Carnegie courses and I s a tenured member of the Toastmaster International, a Communication and leadership organization. He lives in Nashua with his wife, Maureen and enjoys spending time with their grandchildren, golfing, jogging, swimming, and camping.
