Katia joined PFM in 2003 and is a director in PFM’s Harrisburg office. Working with PFM’s local government investment pools, Katia leads teams that translate board initiatives into streamlined experiences that benefit all pool investors. She is directly responsible for various Board of Trustees relationships and overall client activities. Prior to her current role, Katia co-managed PFM’s Arbitrage and Tax Compliance Group. In that role, she was responsible for client relationships primarily in the Southern and Western states. Katia has prepared and reviewed thousands of arbitrage rebate and yield restriction compliance analyses and was a frequent speaker at regional conferences on the topics of Arbitrage Rebate and Post Issuance Compliance. Katia established PFM’s Women’s Network, serves on PFM’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, and is a founding member of the firm’s Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
