Michelle Veasey is the Executive Director of New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility, a statewide member-based organization that fosters environmentally and socially responsible business in New Hampshire. As NHBSR’s ED, Michelle leads the organization in developing programming to inspire sustainability innovation, advocacy and building supportive networks of businesses, academic institutions and communities that create positive impact for the state. Before taking over this role, Michelle worked for over twenty years in high tech, designing and developing business software. Michelle was a co-founder and remains a member of the Atkinson NH Energy Commission and served ten years on the Atkinson Conservation Commission and also served on the Volunteer NH Board. She has a MA in Environmental Education from the University of New Hampshire and a BS in Finance from the University of Denver.
