Kelly played a key role in establishing a 24/7 addiction and overdose prevention helpline serving the Dallas community. She brings over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience across emergency care, pediatrics, education, and nursing administration, with a strong focus on patient safety, operational excellence, and compassionate service.
