Shanta Scott, MSW is a Clinical Instructor in the School of Social Work at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, where she teaches in the undergraduate program. She brings extensive experience working with at-risk youth, individuals with mental health challenges, and intellectually disabled populations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth region. Her research interests include cultural diversity, spirituality, and rural social work practice. Shanta is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Social Work at Stephen F. Austin State University.
