Lori Coon, LPC-S, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with over 15 years of experience providing trauma-informed treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. Her professional background includes extensive work in community-based settings, including the Family Crisis Center, Harold’s House, and Burke Center, where she supported individuals and families impacted by acute, chronic, and complex trauma. Lori has been a clinician at Connections Counseling & Psychological Services for the past six years, where she is recognized as one of the practice’s leading trauma therapists. She has advanced training and certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), among other evidence-based trauma treatments. In addition to her clinical work, Lori serves as a supervisor, supporting the development of trauma-informed practice in other clinicians. Her depth of experience, clinical expertise, and commitment to evidence-based care make her a valued presenter on trauma and recovery.
