Zeping Zhang is an Associate Professor at East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL), the Director of the ECUPL Center for International Tax Law (CITL), and an arbitrator with Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC). He has received a bachelor degree in English Literature and Linguistics, master and doctorate degrees in Law.
Professor Zhang’s scholarship and teaching focus on tax law and business law. He has published a number of articles in the fields, as well as monographs. He has also directed or participated in more than ten tax related research projects at both national and provincial levels.
He once worked as a Chinese diplomat in an overseas embassy, and visited New York University and Washington University in St. Louis as a visiting scholar.
