As a Senior Research Advisor at Hanover Research, Denton brings over 15 years of experience serving in research, consulting, and strategic planning roles within the education sector. During this time, Denton has worked with a full range of higher education institutions, inclusive of two-year and four-year institutions as well as domestic and international universities. Denton’s work focuses largely on strategic planning, student recruitment, student retention, and new program development. He is particularly knowledgeable about student retention initiatives and data analytics for colleges and universities. Denton attended the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where he earned a Masters of Education in Higher Education Administration.
