I began my Emergency Communications career in January 2010 with the Cumberland County Regional Communications Center in Windham, ME. Throughout my 12.5 years with the CCRCC I served as an Emergency Dispatcher, Communications Training Officer, Quality Assurance Specialist, Tactical Dispatcher and promoted to Shift Supervisor in June 2021. In October 2022 I accepted a position with the Maine State Police Access Integrity Unit. In my current role I am the Assistant Spillman Administrator for the State Police, provide statewide oversight of the Maine Electronic Telecommunications and Routing Operations (METRO) network, ensure data quality and integrity of records entered into the Maine State Database and NCIC and ensure compliance with METRO and CJIS training and certification requirements. I am certified as an NLETS and Maine Criminal Justice Academy Instructor, Motorola Solutions Flex SAA, APCO Communications Center Supervisor, APCO Certified Training Officer and completed the NENA Excellence in Dispatch certification program in September 2022.
