In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Catrena is an experienced leadership and life coach with over 30 years of mentoring executives, managers, and emerging leaders. She specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, and workshops focused on emotional intelligence, resilience, and purposeful decision-making. Passionate about empowering women and aspiring professionals, she helps clients lead with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.
