LaToya Burns Vaughn is a seasoned Clinical Director, Supervisor, and Service Provider with more than 20 years of experience in the mental health and wellness field. Specializing in addiction treatment, trauma informed care, and holistic health promotion, she is known for her leadership, authenticity, and commitment to empowering both clients and professionals. A proud graduate of the University of Louisville and the University of Kentucky, LaToya currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement and Clinic Operations at New Vista, supporting services across Clark, Estill, Madison, and Powell counties. She is the author of NORMAL ≠ RIGHT: Creating a Life That Is Right for You via Guided Journaling and Divine Appointment: Creating a New Narrative Through Guided Journaling, two works that reflect her passion for helping individuals reclaim their stories and build lives aligned with their values. Beyond her clinical and administrative expertise, LaToya is a dedicated mother, grandmother, and dog mom. Known for her strong sense of purpose and commitment to personal growth, she values real conversations, meaningful connection, and the power of intentional living.
