Barbara Mooney has been a dedicated member of the Community Action Network since 1986, serving in various capacities over the years. She is currently the Director of the Association of Nationally Certified ROMA Trainers and Implementers (ANCRT), where she oversees the training and certification program for ROMA Professionals. Dr. Mooney also serves as a consultant to the National Community Action Partnership, the National Association for State Community Service Programs, and the Region 3 Performance and Innovation Consortium. In addition to her leadership role, she provides extensive training and technical assistance to local agencies, state associations, and state offices, supporting their efforts to enhance program effectiveness and community impact.
