Eddrick Martin is the Managing Partner, CEO, and Lead Strategist of Elevated Momentum Consulting LLC, where he leads a team of consultants supporting nonprofit organizations through strategy assessment, best-practice alignment, board development, program quality improvement, and leadership development. With 25+ years of experience in mission-driven organizations, Eddrick is known for helping executive leaders and boards strengthen governance, improve organizational effectiveness, and build the systems and accountability needed for sustainable growth. Before founding Elevated Momentum, Eddrick built a long track record of executive and operational leadership within the YMCA movement. He served as Chief Operating Officer for the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth and spent more than 19 years with the YMCA of the Capital Area in Baton Rouge, advancing through progressively senior roles that deepened his expertise in operations, program development, and board partnership. In senior leadership roles, Eddrick led multi-branch operations and staff teams, provided organization-wide leadership across departments and quality teams, and partnered with 40+ policy board members to drive fundraising campaigns, special events, and community initiatives. He also built collaborations with companies, community organizations, local government leaders, and school districts to strengthen community trust and expand mission reach. Earlier in his career, he led statewide Youth and Government programming in Louisiana, expanded out-of-school-time services, and recruited and managed 300+ volunteers supporting youth programs. Eddrick holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Political Science.
