Nora Bryant and Lauren Guess are the team behind State & Tell, a Bowling Green-based PR and communications firm dedicated to helping Kentucky businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations tell the stories that matter most. Together, they bring more than two decades of combined communications experience — and a shared belief that the right story, told well, can change how a community sees itself. Nora is a Henderson native and Western Kentucky University graduate whose career was shaped by Kentucky's tourism industry, including roles at Visit LEX, Visit BGKY, and the Kentucky Department of Tourism. A 2022 Bowling Green Magazine 40 Under 40 honoree and graduate of Leadership Bowling Green, she brings deep roots in community relations, destination marketing, and earned media strategy. Lauren brings a decade of agency and in-house PR experience spanning Louisville and Bowling Green, with a track record that includes helping Donate Life KY achieve its most life-saving year on record, placing stories in national outlets, and directing communications for the Bowling Green Area Convention & Visitors Bureau. A Louisville graduate and PRSA Rising Star Award Winner in 2022, Lauren has built her career around one conviction: that well-crafted communication creates real-world impact.
