Jeff Chilton is CEO of Peak Advisors and has over 30 years of experience in the food industry, specializing in food safety, quality assurance, and operational excellence. Prior to Peak Advisors, Jeff was Vice President Consulting for Intertek Alchemy for 10 years and was the President of Chilton Consulting Group for 18 years. Jeff has helped clients achieve and sustain GFSI certification under the SQF, BRCGS, or FSSC 22000 standards along with USDA and FDA Regulatory Compliance services for HACCP and Food Safety Plan. Jeff has been the Lead Instructor for hundreds of PCQI and HACCP courses. Jeff is a certified SQF Consultant, previous SQF Auditor, Preventive Control for Human Food Lead Instructor and International HACCP Alliance Lead Instructor. Prior to consulting, Jeff worked in the food industry for 15 years as a Plant Manager and a Director of Quality Assurance.
