Liz Duffy is a food safety leader with over 20 years of experience leading teams in the development and implementation of programs that prioritize food safety and compliance.
Liz began her career at Walmart in 2006 and now serves as Vice President, Global Food Safety & Compliance for the retailer. In this role, Liz leads a team that enables an end-to-end food safety and compliance program for the company. Prior to her current role, Liz served as Vice President, Global Omnichannel Compliance, where she led compliance strategy for Walmart’s eCommerce and Online Delivery operations.
Throughout her tenure at Walmart, Liz served in a variety of compliance roles supporting food safety program development, recall execution, store operations, and eCommerce compliance program acceleration.
Prior to joining Walmart, Liz worked at Cargill Value Added Meats in Quality Assurance.
Liz holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA with a focus on Leadership and Ethics.

Prior to this, Liz served as Vice President, Global Omnichannel Compliance, leading compliance initiatives for Walmart’s eCommerce and Online Delivery platforms. Her tenure at Walmart also includes Compliance roles supporting recall execution, store operations, and accelerating digital commerce.
Before joining Walmart, Liz worked in Quality Assurance at Cargill Value Added Meats.
Liz holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA with a focus on Leadership and Ethics, which continues to shape her values-driven approach to food safety and compliance.
