Kyle Peplinski, M.A., is the Branch Chief for Policy, Data, and Technical Assistance Coordination for the Division of Home Visiting and Early Childhood Systems (DHVECS) within the Maternal and Child Health Bureau at the Health Resources and Services Administration. In this capacity, Kyle is primarily responsible for developing funding opportunities and programmatic guidance, implementing a continuous program of research and evaluation, including performance measurement, and developing and overseeing technical assistance and communications materials for the MIECHV Program and early childhood systems investments within DHVECS. He has overseen the redesign of several performance measurement systems, including for the MIECHV Program, has led multiple national evaluations, and contributed to significant updates to program policy and technical assistance. Kyle has considerable experience in the development and implementation of evidence-based policy in federal settings. Prior to joining DHVECS, he served as the Evaluation and Contracts Lead for HRSA’s Division of Nursing and Public Health. Kyle holds a M.A. in medical anthropology from Georgia State University.
