Ms. Gonzalez del Riego is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a rich background in child psychotherapy, psychosocial assessment, and research in Home Visiting and Home-Based Family Child Care. She earned her Clinical Psychology degree in Lima, Peru, and a Master’s in Child Development from Erikson Institute, where she focused her career on related research. Her current work at Start Early involves leading a pilot program offering doula and home visiting services to mothers in the criminal legal system, while also conducting research to demonstrate the impact of home visiting and doula programs on families and children.
