Caroline is passionate about fostering vibrant and equitable regional food systems and strengthening rural economies through food system planning and strategy. She has almost a decade of experience in agribusiness technical assistance; strengthening local food supply chains; value chain coordination; analyzing local food eco-systems; and providing strategic planning assistance to non-profits. She has a Master's of Science in Sustainability Science & Food Systems from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a B.A. in Environmental Policy from Barnard College, Columbia University.
