Dr Nicholas Moran is an experienced consultant neurologist with a special interest in epilepsy, mainly based at Canterbury Hospital and affiliated with Kings' College Hospital. He qualified in 1989 from Liverpool University. He did his neurology training in NHQS, St Thomas’, Kings, Cleveland Clinc, U.S. and research at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. He was appointed consultant in 2003. Dr Moran has a special interest in autoimmune encephalitis as well as the mitochondrial disease, MNGIE, and has many related publications in these and other areas.
