Jim continues to research technologies and methodologies applicable to Analytical Frameworks Applied Research Institute projects. With Oracle experience going back to Version 1 (Beta), Jim has participated in numerous Applications Development, Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing life cycles in industry and government. He is a frequent Data Warehouse/BI conference contributor and is the author of: A Business Intelligence Architecture for Small and Midsize Enterprises: An Executive Guide (2017), and Coal or Gold: Measuring Value in BI Reporting (2023). Jim is continuing his interest in alternative history novels, publishing his Deep Scarlet Series: The Vault Unleashed (2007), The Romanov Sanction (2023), The U-Boat Sanction (2023), and The Yekaterinburg Raid and the Lenin Sanction coming in Q4, 2024.
