Catherine Weissert is the chief financial officer of First Federal Saving & Loan in McMinnville, Oregon. A lifelong Pacific Northwesterner, she earned her finance degree from the University of Portland and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is a Pacific Coast Banking School (PCBS) graduate and the Oregon representative on the Emerging Leaders Council for the American Banking Association (ABA). With more than two decades of experience in accounting and finance, including the last five years in community banking, Catherine brings a unique perspective that combines financial expertise with strategic leadership.
