Christopher Thompson is a master facilitator, keynote speaker, and executive coach with cross industry experience spanning finance, healthcare, higher education, technology, and faith based organizations. He is the founder of CORE Inclusive Consulting, where he partners with senior leaders and emerging talent to strengthen culture, elevate performance, and build sustainable leadership practices. A former executive leader at JPMorgan Chase, Christopher led large scale talent engagement, DEI, and leadership development initiatives that influenced culture across multiple lines of business. He also serves as faculty at Pacific Coast Banking School, teaching graduate level courses focused on culture, community, and leadership effectiveness within the banking industry. Certified by the International Coaching Federation and other professional organizations, Christopher is currently authoring his debut book, Strong Core: The Inner Work That Grows Lasting Leaders, scheduled for release in summer 2026.
