Most recently, he was FirstBank’s Chief Innovations Officer, where he led enterprise initiatives in digital assets and emerging technologies as a member of the executive leadership team. Over his career, Wade has held senior executive roles overseeing operations, technology, human resources, and marketing, led multiple bank technology conversions, and participated in numerous regulatory examinations.
