Darwin Hopwood is a lecturer in finance in the Lee Business School where he teaches courses in investments, corporate finance, financial literacy, and commercial banking. Darwin holds an MBA from UNLV and has extensive experience working in finance including banking, bank regulation, money management and corporate finance. Darwin was recently named Lee Business School “2022 Teacher of the Year.” Darwin also is the coordinator of the Lee Business School Commercial Banking Program. As coordinator, Darwin is responsible for outreach to the banking community to gather input for class curriculum, guest speakers for banking classes, identifying internships and job opportunities, and raising financial support for the program.
