Lena boasts more than 20 years in the residential and commercial real estate industries as a licensed real estate broker and mortgage lender in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to opening her own real estate brokerage in 2016, Integrity Realty, Lena managed a portfolio of more than 600 residential properties on behalf of investors. Lena transitioned to the public sector in November 2022 and became USDA Rural Development’s Business Programs Loan Specialist for Southern Nevada, where she oversees outreach/marketing, processes loan and grant funds, and conducts loan servicing. Lena was born and raised in Northwest Indiana and relocated to Las Vegas in 1994, where she attended Las Vegas Academy and Cimarron-Memorial High School. In 2005, Lena graduated Cum Laude from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California with a B.A. in Communication Studies and a minor in Business Administration. Lena is also a veteran of the United States Air Force and is an active member of the Las Vegas community. She enjoys volunteering at numerous charities including her local church as well as the Las Vegas VA Fisher House. Lena is a “devoted foodie” and loves checking out new restaurants in Las Vegas as well as traveling, playing golf, shooting, and most importantly, spending quality time with her two daughters.
