Native Las Vegas resident Bobbi Miracle, CCIM, SIOR, has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2001. Bobbi and longtime local real estate leader Soozi Jones Walker, CCIM, SIOR, own and operate the successful real estate firm, Commercial Executives Real Estate Services. Bobbi has established herself as a top commercial real estate broker in Southern Nevada specializing in the leasing and sales of office, medical, retail and industrial properties. She is a leader in her industry and elected by her peers to currently serve as the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter (SNCCIM) president. Bobbi previously served as the chapter president in 2011. She has been the chapter’s education chair for 4 years, served on the CCIM Board of Directors from 2007 – 2014 and 2020 – present, and volunteers her time to help with the chapter’s annual wine soiree. Additionally, Bobbi is honored to have recently been re-elected to the National CCIM Institute Board of Directors and Institutes Executive Committee. She is active in multiple national committees, including being chairman of Designation for 2022, a Presidential Liaison for Member Services in 2023 and Membership in 2020, and a proud graduate of the 2014 Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy, and many other appointments. Bobbi is active locally with the Las Vegas Realtors and joined their faculty as a commercial instructor in 2020. She recently served as a Trustee on BORPAC (Board of Realtors Political Action committee). She served as the 2015 president of the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV). This is the commercial real estate arm of the Las Vegas Realtors® where she served on its board for several years. At a state level she is active with the Nevada Association of Realtors serving as a Trustee on NVRPAC (Nevada Realtors Political Action Committee) and is a proud Realtor RPAC Investor. Bobbi served five years of service on the Southern Nevada SIOR Chapter Board of Directors as the education chair and is a graduate of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Institute. She was honored to serve and complete a 2-year term as one of the community leaders appointed to the Southern Nevada Water Authority’s (SNWA) Integrated Resource Planning Advisory Committee created to guide future water resource planning for Southern Nevada. She has been honored as the 2023 CCIM Institute Volunteer of the Year, 2015 Commercial Alliance Member of the year, the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter Committee member of the Year, and has also received the highest honor and award from the Chapter, the Gregg Corlynn Award for outstanding service. Bobbi earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2001. Since then she has obtained the prestigious designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2005, Society of Office and Industrial Realtors® (SIOR) in 2014, and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) in 2015.
