Raymond Collier is a Senior Risk Specialist in the Supervision + Credit Group of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (SF Fed). As a Senior Risk Specialist, Raymond is responsible for monitoring and assessing credit risk for a portfolio of institutions, as part of a dedicated supervisory team. Raymond has led numerous safety and soundness examinations over the course of his career and remains actively involved in such examinations. He has been with the SF Fed for nearly 13 years. Prior to joining the SF Fed, Raymond worked for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the State of California’s Department of Financial Protection and Innovation as a bank examiner. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University and is a CPA.
