T. Ryan Sullivan is President/CEO of GBank Financial Holdings Inc. and GBank. Under his direction, GBank has been recognized by S&P Capital IQ in its Top 100 Best-Performing Community Banks every year for the past 6 years. In January 2024, and for the second consecutive year, OTCQX ranked GBFH in its OTCQX Best 50 based on prior year total return and average dollar volume growth. Mr. Sullivan has 25 years of commercial banking experience. He was the Bank’s original CFO from inception in September 2007 through July 2013, when he was named President/CEO. He has served as a Bank Director since January 2011. Mr. Sullivan has overseen Risk Management, Sales Production Management, Accounting/Finance, Credit and Lending Administration, Deposit Operations, IT/Cybersecurity, Community Reinvestment, Gaming FinTech, and Investment functions. Previously, he was the CFO of Alliance Bank of Arizona, a $650 million statewide commercial bank, where he managed the balance sheet portfolio, chaired the Asset/Liability Committee, and coordinated Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He also oversaw Deposit Operations, IT, and HR/Payroll functions. Mr. Sullivan joined Alliance Bank at its inception in 2003 as its original CFO after working with Bank of Nevada in various roles. He served as Chairman of the Board of the Nevada Bankers Association and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for SafeNest. Mr. Sullivan holds a BS in Finance from UNLV and is an honors graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
