Lane Bailey is the deputy director of the Arkansas State Broadband Office. He has been managing IT projects for state agencies since 2009, with particular focus on building networks. Prior to his work with the state, Lane was a project manager for fiber deployments in the private sector. He holds a master’s degree from Brown University, a master’s in public administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, an undergraduate degree from Ouachita Baptist University, and served four years in the United States Marine Corps. He lives in Searcy, Arkansas with his wife and two children.
