Mr. Hakob Vardanyan is the Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia. Born in 1989, he studied Management at the Armenian State University of Economics, and at Pennsylvania State University. He acted as Head of Risk Management and Insurance Department at RESO Insurance (2009-2011), a business analyst and project manager at Constant Development (2011-2015) and a business development consultant at Bliley Technologies (2014-2015). He worked as an analyst in the Fight Against Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing at J.P. Morgan Chase (2015-2016), an investment director at Helios Group, a risk management director at Golden State Bank (2016), and Head of investment projects in the energy sector at Tashir Group (2016-2018). Mr. Vardanyan was Deputy Director for Security and Control at Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC (2016-2018) and Director for Issues of Financial-Economic and Supply.
