Michael is a Managing Consultant with the Defense and Security sector leading teams deploying data analytics and AI solutions to clients in the Army. He manages engagements across Guidehouse’s Army Aviation portfolio, including PEO Aviation and AMCOM. Michael has more than 16 years of leadership and analytics experience in the military and defense industry. Michael’s projects are currently developing deep analytical insights to their clients in the Army Vantage platform. By leveraging ERP system data to engineer highly accurate and robust datasets the teams are able to project data in Vantage Apps and Power BI visuals that has enabled leaders an ability to make critical decisions within short time cycles. His teams are now leveraging AI and LLMs resident in these platforms to move their clients into a new era of rapid results and action. Michael was awarded his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Citadel where he was also was Commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and served 6 yrs of service on Active Duty in Germany and Fort Drum, NY. Throughout his career he has been earned several awards for merit and achievement. Michael is married to his wife of 10 years, has 3 sons, and currently resides in Madison, Alabama. He is active in coaching their youth sports including baseball and football.
