Closing Session: Chip Fulghum: Leading Through Adversity

As CEO of Endeavors, Chip Fulghum leads a faith-based, mission-driven organization with a national workforce of nearly 2,000 employees dedicated to helping people in need.
Since joining the organization in 2019, Chip has led a thoughtful expansion of services – helping an average of 200,000 people annually, including thousands of veterans – across the United States and Puerto Rico.
Prior to his work in the non-profit sector, Chip dedicated 28 years to the U.S. Air Force, retiring at the rank of Colonel. After retiring from the Air Force in 2012, Chip built a successful career within the Department of Homeland Security, where he served in a variety of leadership roles that saw him recognized as a Presidential Rank Award honoree and a Distinguished Executive for his work as Deputy Under Secretary for Management at DHS.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina.
