Chief Warrant Officer Four Travis M. Ogletree currently serves as the Senior Executive Technical Advisor for the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. In this role, he advises PAE Fires senior leadership on field-level sustainment strategies for combat systems across the PAE Fires portfolio. He enlisted in the US Army in July 1998 as a 94A (Tow/Javelin Missile Systems Repairer). His enlistment assignments include 64th Brigade Support Battalion (BSB) (Fort Carson, CO), 2nd BSB (Camp Hovey, Korea), 203rd BSB (Fort Benning, GA), and 204th BSB (Fort Carson, CO). In 2009, Chief Ogletree entered the Warrant Officer Cohort as a 948D (Electronic Missile Systems Maintenance Warrant Officer). His Warrant Officer assignments include 204th BSB (Fort Carson, CO), 1-44 Air Defense Artillery (ADA) Battalion (Fort Hood, TX), 3-4 ADA (Fort Bragg, NC), 108th ADA Brigade (Fort Bragg, NC), Training With Industry (TWI) Fellowship at Lockheed Martin (Camden, AR), CASCOM Sustainment Center of Excellence (Fort Lee, VA), and 10th Army Air Missile Defense Command (Sembach, Germany). His deployments include three tours to Iraq, one tour to Afghanistan, and one tour to Kuwait. His professional education includes Primary Leadership Development Course, Basic Noncommissioned Officer’s Course, Warrant Officer Candidate School, Warrant Officer Basic Course, Warrant Officer Advance Course, Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Education, and the Warrant Officer Senior Service Education course. In addition, his military certifications include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, the Patriot System Maintenance Course, and Capabilities Developer's Course. His civilian education includes MBA with concentration in Project Management from East Carolina University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ashford University. He also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification through the Project Management Institute. Mr. Ogletree’s awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (1 Oak Leaf Cluster), Army Commendation Medal (7 Oak Leaf Clusters), Army Achievement Medal (3 Oak Leaf Clusters), Good Conduct Medal (3 Clasps), National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal (2 Bronze Service Stars), Iraq Campaign Medal (1 Silver Service Star), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon (Numeral 2), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (Numeral 6), NATO Medal, Valorous Unit Award, Presidential Unit Citation, and Meritorious Unit Citation.
