Mr. Richard McCarthy is a Director with Lynch Consultants, LLC in Arlington, VA where he leads financial management, FM training, and audit readiness efforts for the Department of War and other warfighting agencies. Mr. McCarthy is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC with a B.S. in accounting and finance, and is a CPA, CDFM, CGFM, and PMP. Mr. McCarthy is also an active member of the SDFM Washington Chapter.
