Jocelyn Hill, CPA, CGFM, CICA, is a Partner with Williams Adley, overseeing the firm’s Strategic Advisory Services Practice. She leads financial management engagements related to accounting and financial reporting, internal controls, process improvement, grants advisory, and program compliance. With an extensive career devoted to serving the federal government, she assists agencies within the housing, finance, mortgage services, and small business loan industries achieve mission success. An empathetic leader, Jocelyn promotes a culture where employees learn adaptability and resilience, prioritize collaboration, and are empowered to maximize their full potential. She began her career at KPMG before joining Williams Adley. Jocelyn holds a BBA degree in Accounting from Howard University and executive education from Harvard Business School.
